When it comes to important events, such a as elections, they should work in office. But besides that, they can work at home

depending on the level of federal job. If the job revolves around security and national policy then yes.

Both. If you are a federal worker, you should work at the government facilities. Or, if you have people work from home, do it in-full and shut down real government facilities so we can use them for housing.

We should keep a balance between the two and make shifts for them so no one has to always work remotely or at an office

I don't think it should be mandatory for all employees, but I believe it should be mandatory for the top 90% of workers.

It depends on what specific federal work they do, and if they're actually working at home. I obviously wouldn't want FBI agents working from home, but if their job is just a desk job, I wouldn't care as long as they still do their work
