for sports yes because for example a transgender guy that now identifies as a girl should not be allowed to race in women sports because women and men are built very differently, our bodies are built differently in so many ways.

Biological sex, sure, but gender is a complex made-up ideology that forces us into rigid rules of how to perform.

I think a person should have the liberty to identify however they want if it means no physical harm to others. I think the government should stay out of these things.

ABSOLUTELY NOT! People should be able to choose how they identify under the Freedom of Choice rule in the constitution!
