“If we'd started out without regulations and treated it as a social issue to begin with it won't be as much of an issue, but after a long time of having it illegal it would be too swift of a change-- like teenagers turning 21 and having their first night out for drinking. It'd be wild in a very bad way. If it is legalized, we need to have harsh standards for public safety-- removing children from situations where their guardians are abusing marijuana, and making sure they are not driving or in jobs where they are putting themselves or others at risk.”
