Depends on the type of company. If the company has a purpose of benefiting the well of the human race such as goodwill, should be capped. But something like a tech company, should not.

CEO jobs are inherently difficult which reflects their salary. However, employees working for said company should be paid a salary based on their location, skills, education, and previous employment.

There should just be a fair ground, the government doesn't need a say in how much a CEO can make but they should make sure workers are fairly compensated

I think you should be paid by how hard you work and the amount of work you do so if the CEO does more then they deserve a higher pay, and if you don't do more then you don't deserve a higher pay.
