The gasses produced are both much easier to handle and manage, while also being a in a much smaller and more contained environment. These emissions account for a fraction of far less than 1% of global emissions and are completely irrelevant to the transformation of the energy grid to greener sources. Carbon still takes the cake, by a LOT.
