Prison time?
1) At best it would be petty theft of something with a monetary value of about $5.
2) It wasn't stolen. Ashley Biden abandoned it. You can't charge someone for theft of an item they found after it was left behind
3) DOJ just confirmed it is real
the twisted logic you guys have to do to justify theft of other people's property.
I do so fervently apologise, enlightened liberal, for my reactionary belief that people who steal a notebook shouldn't be locked in cages for extended periods of time. Do forgive my right wing zealotry.
