I would say that each things we do will still make a difference even though it might be a small one

It may influence others to do the same as you or just make a small change that will help a little bit.

Although we can influence people with our actions, the environment is big, now if you have a lot of influence that’s a different ending, because in reality the people who control the minds of people are those with influence such as celebrities

If every one person believes their actions will not make a difference, all of the sudden, you have a massive group of people who are not making a difference.
