In my stance, a nation, represented by its people, must abide by laws instituted in foreign countries; therefore, the United States cannot assassinate suspected terrorists in foreign countries. However, the United States can undergo jurisdiction of the foreign country, or of their own, to press charges against the suspected terrorists with undeniable evidence.
