In my stance, spending on local police departments needs to be reduced and for the deduction to be redirected to social and community based programs. Both are equally as important for a community to thrive but, it feel like we need to increase spending on local police departments as to expand disciplinary training and restrictions for participants with awful records, based on medical diagnostics and crimes convicted. If that does not work through testings, my stance might be the preferred option.
