How would the world look if every job offered a livable wage and humane working conditions?

I don't believe every job deserves a livable wage; there are jobs that are there to start people out so they can get the basics of the job down and rise up in the ranks to get to a position where they can earn a livable wage. If we didn't have that then people wouldn't have ambition to get jobs that we need people to have since they would be able live off of being things like a gas station worker or a fast food worker.
