There should never be any barriers to who a person is, regardless of race, gender, or social class. Every person should be treated as equal, and should be able to have the same amount of freedom as anyone else.
When one is judging someone based on their needs they need to make sure it is not from unconscious bias that their judgement is formed and is instead a well developed an understood perspective
