White privilege is a real thing and people don't seem to understand white individuals have an advantage against other races whether it comes to jobs, education, etc.

When you look at people at an individual level instead of categorized by color, new variables will show that jobs and education are not a race issue

White privilege has been around since the beginning of time. Though most white individuals haven't realized it yet, they have already experienced their white privilege.
