the fact that Ohio lets you legally change the sex on your birth certificate is insane

There is no marking or indication it has been changed. Falsification of records.

She's really a he and while I agree you can change your birth name to whatever you want you can't change your sex. Besides those that think they're the opposite sex have mental issues that should disqualify them for running for office

They’re not the opposite sex, they’re the opposite gender. Regardless of the basic science you believe, I think it’s time Americans learn the advanced science/
