How would your approach to education or career planning change if all jobs were valued equally in society?

You could just do any job and expect to be on the same level. This is not at all what it should be. If you work hard you should be rewarded and if you don't you should not be.

I would make the pay higher than they are right now

I believe that a lot of important jobs (teachers) are not paid adequately for the work and importance they have.

Many jobs would be more well known and allow people to find a job easier.

I would become a middle school teacher. But, I can't do that because they don't get paid as much as my intended career.
