I think whats happening in Gaza is extremely tragic because more and more people are dying everyday.

 @9GYQ8L2 from Washington commented…6mos6MO

I think this is devastating, and even though these war has been going on in the Gaza Strip for over 70 years now, these new cases of kidnappings, bombings, bodies piling up in hospitals alone just show over much these tensions have risen over this past years, and we might need to implement more actions, such as sending other troops from around the world, and helping those Palestinians and Israelis fleeing to America, seeking asylum can be assisted as with their safety and getting other citizens they know over here.

 @9GYVHV9 from Illinois commented…6mos6MO

While the innocent loss of life is always sad, Israel can not be blamed for defending itself. The innocent loss of life in Gaza is due to the cowardly actions of Hamas, not the self-defense of Israel. Israel has done its due diligence in order to attempt not to kill innocent civilians.

  @VulcanMan6  from Kansas disagreed…6mos6MO

Israel isn't even bothering to hide the fact that they're intentionally killing civilians; they're just straight-up committing genocide and blaming it on "counter-terrorism"...

 @9GYXJJWfrom Maine commented…6mos6MO

It's simply horrible that patients, even children, are condemned to death for something that is definitely not their fault.

 @9GYQQLH from Minnesota commented…6mos6MO

Israel created Hamas and so they are the ones responsible for deaths on both sides. The tens of thousands dead on both sides could have been avoided if Israel didn't keep 2 million people in an open air prison and occupy the other 3 million.

 @9GYTBB4Peace and Freedom from Idaho commented…6mos6MO

I think they should ceasefire now, because a lot of innocent people and children are died. Free Palestine.

 @9GYTKTS from Idaho commented…6mos6MO

I agree. The violence in Isreal is terrible, and though Hammas is a terrible entitiy, a fringe extremist organization does not excuse Isreals treatment of the Palistinians.

 @9GYWGXQ from California commented…6mos6MO

All of the different perspectives of what is happening to Israel and Gaza should be talked about.

 @9GYQZL3Progressive from Minnesota commented…6mos6MO

Although Hamas must be condemned, the attacks on Gaza from Israel have become too extreme to Palestinians. I believe that Israel should ceasefire.

 @9GYPD67 from Connecticut commented…6mos6MO

Free Palestine. Stop funding Israel and denounce Zionism. End the apartheid!

 @9GYVC6FPeace and Freedom from Oregon commented…6mos6MO

I think its really sad specially how a lot are children and most arent even against israel but they are still being killed and bombed for no reason.

 @9GYPY9J from Idaho commented…6mos6MO

 @9GYTQ8H from Utah commented…6mos6MO

I think they should ceasefire until all civilians are cleared and they can decide what they want to do from there.

 @9GYWSJKDemocrat from North Carolina commented…6mos6MO

 @9GYNTGQ from Kansas commented…6mos6MO

I think that Hamas needs to be dealt with, then Isreal and Palestine need to reach a consensus that they both agree with.

 @9GYW53D from Washington commented…6mos6MO

Hamas needs to stop launching rockets and killing more people than they already have after they beheaded Israeli babies.

 @9GYW2SJDemocrat from Tennessee commented…6mos6MO

While Hamas needs to be contained, Israel seems to be taking a scorched earth approach which never looks good.

 @9GYT9BLWomen’s Equality from Idaho commented…6mos6MO

 @9GYVM5J from California commented…6mos6MO

This is an unjust war that is being fought with no moral or actual ground to stand on. These Palestinians are being murdered by an unjust state.

 @9GYXZHJIndependent from California commented…6mos6MO

In my opinion I think there will be civilian deaths if there werent the bombings in Gaza first of all Hamas is hiding behind civilians so there will be civilian casualties if israeli army was fighting from block to block in the streets of Gaza strip.

 @9GYVKNZDemocratcommented…6mos6MO

Israel needs to starts its ground invasion and stop carelessly bombing Gaza. Israel however, needs to get rid of Gaza in order to get rid of Hamas.

 @9GYQ5T6Peace and Freedom from Illinois commented…6mos6MO

If many bodies are piling up, the hospital should be under investigation for the sudden amount of deaths.

 @9H3SZBC from California commented…6mos6MO

The fact people dying on both sides are dying is appalling, but it has been clear that the Palestinians are dying in greater numbers than Iraelis and facing harsher conditions, especially since Gaza's final running hospital was destroyed along with the people inside. It does not matter who attacked the hospital. Nothing matters more than the fact that the injured, sickly, and already dead were in that building, and none of them posed a threat to either side. These people weren't even members of Hamas. They were and are children, women, and non-combatant men. A ceasefire needs to hap…  Read more

Everything that is happening is incredibly unfortunate and unneeded. The U.S. and other countries should definitely help but it's scary because we don't know what getting involved could mean for us.

 @9GYSFMC from Texas commented…6mos6MO

I think its terrible that innocent people are being killed and bodies are pilling up, there isnt enough doctors or medical staff to treat all of them, and what happens to the people whos homes get destroyed.

  @ToadLibertarian  from Massachusetts commented…6mos6MO

Israel is merely a proxy state of the United States, part of the US empire, and is used entirely as a military foothold in the Middle East, which is causing endless bloodshed and pushing us closer to World War 3. The US should end all involvement.
