It is a multirole aircraft, which can be used for ground attack, SEAD, and air to air combat. And to come back to the original point, no. But, the USAF is trying to hard to put it everywhere, replacing the A-10, F-16, F-15, and F-22. And the USAF should keep it as a standard multrole aircraft and not replace everything.
