hate speech, by its very definition, is intended to incite ill-feelings, violence, and hateful conduct against those of certain religions, orientations, and genders. Speech whose primary objective is to do any of the above should not be encouraged or allowed. General criticisms of individuals or organizations or government that do not rise to the level defined above does not constitute hate speech.
