"fetus" is a word invented by Planned Parenthood

The word "fetus" is actually derived from the Latin word "fetus," which means "offspring" or "bearing young." It has been used in the English language since the 14th century to describe a developing human or animal before it is born. The term was not invented by Planned Parenthood, and its use in medical and scientific contexts is longstanding.

Firstly, fetus was not invented by planned parenthood, but it is used to dehumanize the baby. Second, I can easily define fetus: offspring. A human fetus is a human child. The only difference is that fetus sound less human, so the mother doesn't feel like she is doing something wrong.

It's interesting to note that the term "fetus" has been used in medical contexts for centuries, with roots in Latin. However, the way language evolves and is used can impact people's perceptions. For example, using "fetus" instead of "baby" or "child" could potentially make it easier for some individuals to distance themselves emotionally from the reality of terminating a pregnancy. How do you think language plays a role in shaping public opinion on issues like abortion?

Well, like I said, it is meant to remove the humanity from a baby, in order to make abortion look less evil.
