How do you reconcile the convenience of fast food with the desire to eat naturally and healthily?

 @9KCLL78 from Virginia answered…3mos3MO

yes, If fast food had better options that are healthier

 @9KHZ6FVIndependence from Mississippi agreed…2mos2MO

We can see that these fast food places place a lot of chemicals and preservatives to their food and is almost always a higher calorie count than what you can make at home.

 @9KCM6SN from Texas answered…3mos3MO

it is a common misconception that fast food is unhealthy and while this is true part of the issue is also believing that it is unhealthy.. Im leaning towards a more holistic perspective on eating naturally and healthy and using principles of nutricion that has already been shown to help those with high melanin and those with low melanin, then it is bad to eat fast food.

Do you think stress management techniques can be as effective as medication, and why?

 @9L3B4PJ from Utah answered…2mos2MO

Yes because people with lots of stress should get a lot of help.

 @9L435V8  from Florida agreed…2mos2MO

i agree because i believe that emotional damage should be supported with emotional treatment for example if someone would be getting bullied at school i would say the right thing to do would be to remove them from the specific school or go homeschooled for a little bit instead of going on medication.

 @9L3B7P3  from Texas answered…2mos2MO

I am not sure that other techniques can be as effective as medication, but I agree that they can be useful.

 @9L34QFHDemocrat  from Missouri answered…2mos2MO

Somewhat, but they are nowhere near as effective as the literal change of chemicals in your head.

When I was at the Costco food court eating pizza I felt the emotional connection and energy from the tomatoes, cheese, and bread and felt the process used to create each ingredient eventually making its way to the pizza, into my stomach, and giving me energy.

 @9HZ8YPF from Texas answered…4mos4MO

I don't trust it as much, if my doctor or an expert were to refer me to this method I'd do it, but many things aren't natural anyways like humans wearing clothes or using a toilet, so I don't think the natural solution is always the way to go.
