If the state allows someone of a certain age to obtain a driver's license or work permit (it varies) it should also allow that person to vote, since driving and working as a teen both require a level of maturity and personal responsibility, the same with an adult. Alternatively, this could skew voting rates by a lot because lack of unbiased/accurate education on politics and the government in certain areas.
