Yes

 @9FNP63GDemocrat from Nevada disagreed…6mos6MO

My best counter argument to the yes on deporting undocumented people is if you are a person that works in the U.S has a house and cars and pays all the taxes and IRS then there is no need for there to be deporting immigrants there just like the rest of the citizens.

 @ISIDEWITHDiscuss this answer...7yrs7Y

Yes, but after they have finished serving their sentence

 @9GFQV63 from Illinois disagreed…5mos5MO

There are to many variables to think about I would need a while, I think mostly it just depends on the case.

 @ISIDEWITHDiscuss this answer...7yrs7Y

No, only if they have entered the country illegally

 @9FR37PNDemocrat from New York disagreed…6mos6MO

They are considered a danger to the country of America. If the crime committed is of great volume and is terrible then they should not be allowed to reside in the U.S if they came in illegally.

 @ISIDEWITHDiscuss this answer...7yrs7Y

No

 @9F5HBFZLibertarian from Oregon disagreed…7mos7MO

Let’s create a pathway for citizenship, and reform the system. We should get them a basic test that’s not hard for them to pass.

 @ISIDEWITHDiscuss this answer...7yrs7Y

Yes, as long as it is safe for them to return to their country

 @9FXQC5MDemocrat from Hawaii disagreed…6mos6MO

Investing resources into analyzing whether or not an immigrant will be safe in their home country is a waste of time and resources.

 @cryingleftist from Texas answered…3yrs3Y

 @8FYQYQH from Michigan answered…3yrs3Y

No, unless it is a very serious crime, and they are not yet US citizens

 @96YM5ZM from Texas commented…1yr1Y

This question is misleading. The question should say illegal immigrant rather than immigrant, which carries the connotation that they immigrated legally. An illegal immigrant should be deported and a legal immigrant should be prosecuted.

 @9JM9ZRL from Texas answered…2mos2MO

Yes, but after they have finished serving their sentence and illegal immigrants who commit murders should get the death penalty

Only if they entered the country illegally and after they served their sentence.

 @8SCGDX7 from Texas answered…3yrs3Y

Yes, but after they have finished serving their sentence but if they commited a crime somewhere else then deport them

 @8J534QZfrom New York answered…3yrs3Y

No they should be tried by the justice system so that they will not be a risk of re-entering the country.

 @99893Z4 from Maine answered…1yr1Y

What is "serious"? Do you mean any immigrants or just undocumented ones?

 @8FLR5T5Independent from Texas answered…3yrs3Y

No, Only if they have entered the country illegally AND Be placed in a full security facility with a life sentence.

 @8HXPYGNLibertarian from Arizona answered…3yrs3Y

 @9L3VJRSWomen’s Equality from Missouri answered…5 days5D

They should be charged in the state they committed the crime in when time is up they can return home or forced to leave

 @9L3JTCG from Texas answered…6 days6D

I believe that if they came here as immigrants but became residents, paid taxes they shouldnt be deported just serve their sentence

 @9KYTX22 from Tennessee answered…1wk1W

They should serve their time in jail or prison and when they are done with their sentence, they should not be deported, but they should have the right to become an american citizen, but should not be able to vote.

 @9KYTWGH from Tennessee answered…1wk1W

they should be deported to some type of chunk of land or island, which is where they could put terrorists, and they would have life in prison

 @9KYM4BG from New York answered…1wk1W

If they committed serious crime and will face no serious consequences in their country, we should put them on trial and consider death sentences option.

 @9KXW82V from Missouri answered…2wks2W

Yes, but only if they refuse to serve their sentence here (If they are legal immigrants, then they need to serve their sentence here. If they are illegal immigrants, then they either serve here, or deal with going back to where they came from).

 @9KXTDH4from Guam answered…2wks2W

Immigrants should be deported and sent back to their homeland, even if they do not commit any crime. Simply put people into the place and culture they belong. Suggest them to love their own culture instead.

 @9KTC37Z from Illinois answered…2wks2W

They should only be deported if they entered the country illegally and it is deemed safe for them to return to their home country.

 @9KPHBJ6 from New York answered…3wks3W

If a person is in the country illegally and has been convicted of a felony after a full and fair trial (fulling comporting with substantive and procedural due process standards), then deportation is appropriate if it can be achieved in a manner that does not put said person in imminent threat of serious harm.

 @9KN65F9Libertarian from Georgia answered…3wks3W

Yes for felony or violent or sexual crimes if not a citizen or citizen for less than 10 yrs or illegal entry.

 @9KN4M4NDemocrat from Georgia answered…3wks3W

Yes, if an immigrant is trying to become a citizen and commits a crime, their rights should be took away and they should be deported.

 @9KMYCL9 from Florida answered…3wks3W

yes, they should serve their sentence over in their country and all illegal immigrants should be deported

 @7YS3KJPIndependent  from Arizona answered…3wks3W

Yes, as long as it is relatively safe for them to return to their countries and there are clear guidelines about what constitutes a serious crime.

 @9KLYS8X from Nebraska answered…3wks3W

I think they should be allowed to stay as long as they don't do anything again or are watched to a certain degree.

 @9KL7SDM from Washington answered…3wks3W

Yes, but they shouldn't be allowed here unless they want to become a legal citizen. In the case of Wendy Baker from Yakima. She was brutally ran over by an Illegal and then he fled to Mexico. Her family now has to live with the fact her killer will never face jail time.

 @2ZPVF3K from Virginia answered…3wks3W

Yes, but only if serious crime is more specifically defined and "serious crimes" would mean they are a future danger to society

 @9KJKGRM from Ohio answered…3wks3W

NOT just immigrants but there should be NO IMMUNITY to prosecution for serious crimes for ANYONE from other countries when NOT equally provided to citizens; and that includes Presidents, those in Congress, those from other countries (diplomats or whatever). It's absurd someone can murder or rob someone and walk away without appropriate prosecution or consequences.

 @9KH7ZYHfrom Montana answered…4wks4W

No, only if they entered the country illegally or they commited a violent crime like murder or rape.

 @9KGTSM4 from Texas answered…4wks4W

Unclear wording. If they are illegal immigrants, then yes and only after they have finished serving their sentence.

 @9KGTK3P from Texas answered…4wks4W

It should depends on whether the country the immigrant is from can provide for rehabilitation services or contain them if they're considered high-risk. Practically if the other country is up to par with its criminal justice system.
